KUCHING, 23rd February 2022 – YAST Group, through its subsidiaries YASTech and YASTArt, soft-launched YASTArt.io, world’s first phygital (physical + digital) artwork platform assured by Gold, with the aim to provide R.E.A.L. Values Enriching the World. The digital twin concept applied to artworks, with concrete value concept and innovative finance solution assured by Gold, leveraging on emerging technology such as Blockchain, AI and big data is the combined recipe that the team is formulating for the future of creative economy.

Powered by YASTech, YASTArt was formulated with the vision to be a global arts marketplace, for talented community artists to showcase their creativity and artworks with potential to make a decent income for themselves and benefit the community as a whole.

The founder, Esther Law Lee Poh, is a local Sarawakian. Being anak Sarawak, she has always wanted to contribute back to her homeland through a series of innovative business solutions. YASTArt, being her brainchild to promote the rich heritage culture to the world, is part of her overall strategic moves to bring Sarawak to the world through digitalization.

Through YASTech solutions, YASTArt will provide a digital platform for artists to showcase their talents, artworks and profile to the world, with potential revenue streams to be generated, leveraging on blockchain technology.
The platform also aligned to United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), contributing not only from the perspective of decent jobs, but also economy inclusion and sustainable development.
